Sandford Lodge.
Sandford Lodge is a small development of residential apartments, constructed by Kennedy Wilson in the heart of Ranelagh, Dublin. Following the construction of a second phase of luxury apartments at the existing Sandford Lodge site, a new updated brand identity was required to reflect the new exclusive, modern apartments. A new strategic brand refresh was completed to position Sandford Lodge as one of Dublin’s most premium residence with young professionals and families.

Brand Strategy.
Sandford Lodge stands apart from its competitors due the apartments design, finish, amenities and location. Along with Kennedy Wilson’s high standards and commitment, these values were not being communicated through the previous Sandford Lodge brand. The brand is now positioned as a modern, sophisticated, exclusive and chic residence in Ranelagh through their new brand identity. Their high level of dedicated service is now centre to their brand and communications.
Logo Design.
A refreshed brand mark was created inspired by the previous logo. The S&L monogram was recreated along with a new luxury, serif typeface to represent the brand values. Italics are used to emphasise words in the copy and also create contrast in the brand mark between the words ‘Sand’ and ‘Ford’ which are combined from the words ‘Sandy’ and ‘Ford’.
Visual Identity.
The new colour palette is a reflection of the surrounding area, environment and architecture of Sandford Lodge. The photography and art direction are representative of the luxury, living conditions and community of Sandford Lodge.
